東臺(tái)的銅馬雕塑

在東臺(tái)，我相信大家就算沒有見過也一定聽過一個(gè)詞——大馬。其實(shí)東臺(tái)大馬并不是地名，準(zhǔn)確地說，是指新四軍東進(jìn)銅馬雕塑，是我市乃至整個(gè)蘇中地區(qū)的標(biāo)志性塑像。原在蘇中大廈前，后遷至三倉烈士陵園。

In Dongtai, I believe that even if you haven't seen it, you must have heard one word - Ma Ma. In fact, Dongtai Dama is not a place name. To be exact, it refers to the bronze horse sculpture of the New Fourth Army marching eastward. It is a landmark statue of our city and even the whole central Jiangsu area. Originally in front of Suzhong building, later moved to Sancang martyrs cemetery.

新四軍東進(jìn)雕塑為棗紅色，系玻璃鋼制作，高3.4米、長5米、寬1.2米。設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思獨(dú)到，寫實(shí)與藝術(shù)夸張相結(jié)合。高大的戰(zhàn)馬騰空躍起，新四軍戰(zhàn)士手握盒子槍匐伏于戰(zhàn)馬之上，策馬當(dāng)先，沖鋒陷陣，勢不可擋。雕塑氣勢恢宏，展示了新四軍戰(zhàn)無不勝的鐵軍氣概，具有十分強(qiáng)烈的震撼力。

The sculpture of the New Fourth Army's eastward March is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics. It is 3.4 meters high, 5 meters long and 1.2 meters wide. The design idea is original, and the combination of realism and artistic exaggeration. The tall horses leaped into the air, and the soldiers of the New Fourth Army, armed with box guns, sprawled over the horses and drove them to the front, making an irresistible charge. The sculpture is magnificent, showing the Invincible Iron spirit of the New Fourth Army, which has a very strong shock.

東臺(tái)大馬代表的不僅僅是“新四軍東進(jìn)”雕塑，也承載了東臺(tái)人對老東臺(tái)的回憶和留念，“大馬”見證了東臺(tái)由撤縣建市的光輝歲月，也見證了東臺(tái)登上全國百強(qiáng)縣、領(lǐng)先蘇北的奮斗歷程。它不僅僅是一座雕塑，更是一個(gè)城市的記憶，是東臺(tái)的驕傲。

Dongtai Dama represents not only the sculpture of "the New Fourth Army marching eastward", but also the memories and remembrance of Dongtai people to the old Dongtai. "Dama" witnessed the glorious years of Dongtai's building from county to city, and the struggle of Dongtai to become one of the top 100 counties in the country and lead the northern Jiangsu. It is not only a sculpture, but also the memory of a city and the pride of Dongtai.
